Personnel, coordination of resources and working closely with the Director and the charge team (charge nurse, charge EP technologist, and PACU charge nurse) regarding strategic and operational issues is required. Serves as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem solving, effective time management, accountability for standards, teamwork and excellent customer service.
