Manages the daily operations of assigned departments within Surgical Services including departmental support services such as the Operating Room scheduling and departmental charging.Communicates effectively, both written and verbally, with all members of the Healthcare Team, customers and key stakeholders.Prepares, implements, and monitors the operational and capital budgets to ensure sound fiscal management for the operating room. Manages departmental products and equipment in a cost effective manner.Ensures the departments within Surgical Services maintains appropriate documentation. Promotes and monitors-departmental safety.
